My name is Jordan button,

I’m a personal trainer who lives with cystic fibrosis,I offer a unique perspective on improving health and overall well-being for those who live with respiratory issues ( cf & asthma etc), weight loss, rehab.I’m very passionate about changing people lives around and using fitness as outlet, resetting people’s mindset, coaching for a better you.I know how hard it is as I have been there a number of times. Here is a bit of a story about me.

I was 8 years old when I was told by the doctors that I have cystic fibrosis and my life was turned upside down as I loved sports but wasn’t always able to play, doctors told me that I wouldn’t live to 19 years after a lot of hard work and a lot of medication, here I am aged 34 years doing what I love, I have been an umpire for hockey, I’m a personal trainer and own my own business.

I learnt over the years to never give up on your dreams don’t let my health take over my life, I use the gym as my physio and my outlet for stress.
