ORDERS

RETURN / REFUND INFORMATION

  • If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days from receiving the order.
  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. (Fire Sales, Black Friday etc.)
  • We also offer direct exchanges, subject to stock availability. 
  • Items must be returned in original condition – unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, with all logo stickers attached.
  • We aim to process all returns within 10 business days of receiving your items. You will be contacted via email with the details of your processed return. Please note, these time periods may vary in busy periods or public holidays.
  • Please email 13jkbfitness@gmail.com prior to initiating a return if you believe the product is damaged, faulty or not what you ordered with picture or video proof.

RETURNS

  • All accepted returned items will receive a REFUND OR 110% STORE CREDIT.
  • A fee of $10.95 will be deducted from your store credit, refund or exchange to cover shipping and handling fees.
  • Direct exchanges can be facilitated online, if the items are in stock.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

  • All international customers are required to cover their return postage. 
  • Duties, taxes, and VAT are not refunded on international returns.
  • We offer international exchanges. 

Terms and Conditions

ORDERS

1. Please be aware that items purchased during Fire Sales are considered final and therefore strictly non-returnable unless deemed faulty, the item(s) will be replaced.
Please choose carefully when purchasing as no returns, credits or exchanges will be provided for orders placed during this time. This does NOT affect your statutory rights.

2. You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. If you do not, we cannot guarantee any details on your order will be able to be amended or updated. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.

3. You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, JKBFIT assumes no liability for incorrectly addressed items. Item unable to be delivered and returned to the warehouse can be resent with the purchaser assuming all new shipping costs.

If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after you have confirmed it, you may contact our customer service team but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or amend your order (if the order has left the warehouse). You may be able to use your courier’s self-service options (if there are such options) to amend your shipping address but JKBFIT cannot be liable for any delays or lost items for any incorrect information on your order.

4. All orders must be placed, and all purchases must be completed, within our Fire Sales. Sale prices only apply to completed customer orders and purchases. Items in cart are not confirmed or held until checkout is completed. You will receive a confirmation email with an order number once your order is complete.

5. Products are likely to sell out quickly during the Fire Sales period due to increased traffic on our website. We cannot guarantee availability, or any restocks during the sale period. We apologise but we are unable to give rain checks on sale items.

6. Unfortunately, due to high traffic and the volume of checkouts processing at the same time, on occasion we do encounter product oversells. In this instance our systems will refund the oversold item and we will ship the remainder of your order.

7. JKBFit reserves the right to review and cancel orders at any time and you will receive a full refund back to your original payment method. We will contact you should this occur. (If oversells occur)

SHIPPING

1. JKBFit processes orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays.

We will provide you with a tracking number once we have shipped your order to you.
Due to the high volume of orders during launches and sales, processing and shipping times may be slightly delayed. Our team is working hard to make sure you get your JKBFit as soon as possible.

2. We endeavour to ship all Fire Sales orders in chronological order (Orders placed first will be sent first), however due to warehouse operations this cannot always be guaranteed. The warehouse strives to get orders out as quickly as possible which can result in orders being shipped out of order, depending on what items have been ordered.

3. Unfortunately, there is a chance your order may incur shipping delays once they have been picked up by your courier from the JKBFit Warehouse.

JKBFit is unable to control any transit delays that may occur once your order has been shipped. Please monitor your tracking links and note your estimated delivery date during this time but please contact our customer service team at 13JKBFitness@gmail.com if something doesn’t seem right.

DISCOUNTS

  1. No further discounts will be applicable at checkout during Fire Sale periods.

4. JKBFit Fire Sale promotion is 30% off sitewide*. Exclusions apply. Promotion valid whilst stocks last.

All Fire Sale markdowns are final and will be automatically applied on selected

products at the time of shopping.
